07 ChatSlide(formerly DrLambda)

UX Design

Designed and delivered the onboarding and support experience for ChatSlide(formerly DrLambda), an AI-powered slide creation platform. The new flow reduced drop-off by 40% and boosted subscription conversions by 12%.

This project began with user research—interviews, usability tests, and competitive analysis—uncovering pain points in early flows and low engagement with paid features. I designed a progressive onboarding experience based on user types, added contextual tooltips and a support chatbox to guide and reassure new users. Working closely with PMs and engineers, I iterated through multiple versions, ensuring each step aligned with product goals.
